About Us

“A library outranks any other one thing a community can do to benefit its people. It is a never failing spring in the desert.”

– Andrew Carnegie

Zaccheus Onumba Dibiaezue Memorial Libraries (ZODML) is a non-profit organisation based in Lagos, Nigeria.

We provide people young and old with access to learning resources to fulfil our vision of a Nigeria in which everyone is able to develop themselves.

Our Work

We establish community and school libraries and provide other resources.

Why Libraries?

Our work is inspired by the life and legacy of the late Zaccheus Onumba Dibiaezue, who through self-learning and access to library resources was able to transform his life and the lives of others.

Our Team

Our staff and board of trustees are a diverse and dedicated group of Nigerians working to bring our vision to fruition.

Our commitment to improving the lives of Nigerians has earned us recognition from the media and and forged partnerships with like-minded institutions.

ZODML’s is expanding within and beyond Lagos State’s Eti-Osa local government area. Help us bring the joy and support of libraries to communities all over Nigeria.
