Dialogue that does not sound natural
Try to make your dialogues sound natural. Find out if it is something someone can say by reading it aloud.
Dialogue without unique characters
Do not give your characters similar voices, make sure they all have separate and unique voices by using different patterns of speech, level of education, class, profession and more.
Dialogue full of unimportant conversations
Do not flood your story with unimportant conversations, this would make it boring. Rather infuse tension, conflict into your story.

Convey every character movement with action, so that you would not loose your audience.
