Mosquitoes are disease vectors, they move from host to host and transmit extremely harmful infections such as malaria, yellow fever, Chikungunya, West Nile virus, dengue fever, filariasis, Zika virus and other arboviruses. They are very dangerous and should be controlled.

The London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine holds Mosquito Day celebrations every year, a tradition dating back to as early as the 1930s

ZODML Summer Holiday Programme 2016

Summer Holiday Program for primary and secondary school children is on. It involves developing the children’s creativity through drawing and colouring. Teaching the children computer skills and encouraging them to read in our community Library at  at 196, Awolowo Road, Ikoyi. A lot of children take advantage of these learning activities daily. Let your child be a part of this learning experience.

Onitsha is a novel by French Nobel laureate writer J. M. G. Le Clézio. It was originally published in 1991 and an English translation was done by 1997. Here is a little excerpt from the book!

We are organizing a summer holiday programme for primary and secondary school children, which will run from Monday 1st August to Wednesday 31st August 2016. As always, the programme will be filled with loads of exciting activities for children. This will be a great opportunity for children to have a fun learning experience. So bring your children to our community library at 196, Awolowo Road, Ikoyi.
