Every week, ZODML spotlights three great books from our extensive collection to inspire readers to try out books they might not have previously heard of. The selections fall under three major categories – fiction, non-fiction and children and young adult literature – so there’s a book to suit every taste. Non-Fiction: Splendid by Mobolaji Adenubi Splendid celebrates the brief life of Wole Adenubi, a special and unique human being, as told by his mother, author Mobolaji Adenubi. Witty, charming, intelligent, vivacious, and brave, Wole suffered from several serious health issues but defied his physical limits to live a normal life to the fullest extent. Wole's indomitable spirit and immense courage lives on, continuing to inspire us all. Children and Young Adults: Simi and the Omolanke by Omojowo V Lawson Part of a series for young African students and consisting of stories from all over Africa.
