 It’s 2022! Let’s talk about resolutions

We’re now a few weeks into 2022. The year is not spanking new anymore and with that, some of us may have already begun to give up on the resolutions we made at the start of the year. Don’t beat yourself up about it, there are relatively easy ways to bring your resolution to reality and we’ll show you: 

Make a resolution: A study from the Journal of Clinical Psychology states that those who set New Year's resolutions are 10 times more likely to actually change their behaviour than people who don't make these yearly goals. Congratulations, even if you haven’t been serious with your resolution(s), you’re at least on the right track.
