Of all the species of your kind I know
Light is what you bring to my life
Under the sun and even in the rain
Wonder where you've been all my life
At the moment I met you
Things looked quite different but
Intense passion brought us close
More than we could imagine
Indeed you are the love of my life
Longing each day to be with you
Embracing every moment your thoughts brings
Yet, I feel scared sometimes
But in your arms do I find comfort
Now and Forever.
